Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 21, 2026

This policy describes how refunds are handled for ticket transactions processed through BOOQDAT.

1. Event organizer responsibility

Each event is organized by a promoter, who is primarily responsible for event delivery and event-specific refund terms.

2. Eligible refund scenarios

  • Event is canceled and not rescheduled
  • Duplicate charges confirmed through transaction review
  • Material event change where organizer authorizes refunds

3. Non-refundable scenarios

  • Missed attendance or no-show
  • Change of personal plans unless organizer policy allows
  • Requests outside published event terms

4. Request process

Submit requests to [email protected] with event name, purchase email, and order reference. BOOQDAT may coordinate review with the event promoter.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days. Final posting time depends on your payment provider.
